After breakfast we will head off on our first tour to Gallipoli, a port town with a grand fortress and fascinating wartime history. We will enjoy a delicious local lunch, before moving onto Lecce, a city known as the ‘Florence of the South’. A beautiful baroque city, you will no doubt fall in love with.
Following breakfast, we will continue indulging in either our complimentary massage or private one-on-one yoga session.
Later in the afternoon we will travel a short distance to delightful Ostuni, known as the ‘White City’ for a fun Ape Calessino tour of the city, followed by a delicious dinner.
Late morning, we will travel to enchanting Alberobello, a picture-perfect village, famous for its cone-shaped traditional huts called 'a Trullo' or 'Trulli'.
Our evening will be spent in the stunning seaside town, Monopoli, where we will have plenty of time to explore, relax with a sunset cocktail overlooking the crystal blue sea and enjoy a delightful Italian dinner.
Today is left open for optional excursions. If there is something in-particular you’d like to do, such as a cooking experience or wine tasting etc, this is your day. For those remaining, you will be invited to enjoy a day on the beach, or you might choose to take advantage of having quiet time at our villa relaxing by the pool.
Saving the best to last…some might say. I rarely hear someone speak of Puglia without mentioning the majestic seaside town, Polignano A Mare. There is much to see and love in this gorgeous town.
We will return to our villa, late afternoon/early evening to enjoy a special dinner together, courtesy of our wonderful private chef, Angela.
Lots of hugs, laughter, contact details swapped and a few tears as we feast on our final breakfast together before we checkout and be on our way to....

"The excursions were the highlight of my trip. I don’t think I would have visited so many places if I were planning this trip on my own, so I am very happy you arranged a variety of trips for us. I loved Monopoli. Tory is an excellent yoga instructor. She knows how to adjust to what the group or individuals need so that the class benefits everyone. Her zest for planning excursions on our Puglia retreat was amazing. It was a week I will never forget!” Karena, USA
“This beautiful trulli complex is in the heart of Valle d’Itria, with spacious interiors, a landscaped garden and private swimming pool.”
You will find Trulli Tra Pietre near the village of Ceglie Messapica, in Valle d’Itria. The valley itself is famous for its unique stone huts with conical roofs called Trulli. Rich in culture and natural beauty, this region offers a plethora outstanding sites to visit. From the town of Alberobello (a UNESCO heritage site) to the many beautiful beaches, Puglia has many treasures to explore. The region is moreover famous for its crystal clear waters and white sand.
